Hi Everyone, 

You are cordially invited to join host Brian Penick for our March Potluck. There is a double driveway and a small white sign saying, "Green Mountain three clubhouse" on Youngfield Court with space for 15 cars in the small parking lot - all others can park on Youngfield. 

This is a pot luck; please bring a dish to share. 

Fees: $3 for guests; free for members. 

Event:      Shen Yun Performance

We are currently determining if we can generate enough interest for us to put together a group to attend Shen Yun Performance as a formal LYC event. If we have 10 or more people who are then we can take advantage of group rates. 

Please set up an Evite for the event so that we can track and get an idea of how many people want to attend. However because we will need some lead time to coordinate the event and purchase the tickets, then for those who would like to attend, we request that everyone brings a check or cash, $28.00 per person, to the potluck on Saturday, March 20^th and get the money to either Tom Rodus, treasurer or Mark Gerardy coordinating the event. Ticket prices go up to over $100.00 and these are the least expensive tickets available for the event.

In order to ensure that we are all able to get the best seats, and still be able to all sit together in one section, then I am going to need to collect the money for the tickets in advance and get a final head count at the potluck on Saturday, March 20^th if at all possible. I will be purchasing the tickets as a block at the group rate of $28.00 per person, which if we go as a group, everyone saves $7.00 over the regular price of $35.00.

The Remaining Calendar of LYC Denver Events for 2010 will be posted as soon as possible. We are currently to establish a tentative calendar for the year so that our members have more lead-time in the future to plan for upcoming LYC Denver Events and Potlucks.

Currently we have approximately 20 potential future events that we are working to set dates for on the 2010 Event Calendar.
