Long Yang Club-Indianapolis is a not-for-profit groupto promote friendship, support and cultural understanding between Asians and non-Asians gay people.

We are a partner of the Long Yang Club- International, which has chapter members and associate memberin over35 cities in 4 continents worldwide. It is the largest organization in the world for gay Asians and interested non-Asians .

The organization is named after "Lord Long Yang", a gay Chinese warlord mentioned in the classical book "Dream of the Red Mansions."

We have exciting plans for our group and we are inviting interested people, both Asians and non-Asians, to join our steering team.

The group is in its developmental stage and we plan to arrange special events like potluck parties, gay Chinese New Year parties, Filipino Independence day events, restaurant outings and lots more.

You will get to meet gay Asians and non-Asians in a non-threatening and friendly atmosphere.

As it is a voluntary not-for-profit organization, all the organizers are volunteers who offer their time and effort to get the group going. If you have a little time to spare, we would be grateful for your offering your time too.

These plans include having regular potluck and Asian theme parties, outings, picnics; a regular newsletter for members;and development of our web site on the internet.
