Like
our first cooking class, you are expected to be "hand on" your food. But
the end products will turn out marvalous under supervision. Then we may watch
a movie pending on time.

During our first cooking class, we were briefed on the menu and ingredients.
It's true that it takes 80% of the time to prepare and 20% to cook. We spent
3 hours from beginning till the meal was over, for nine dishes and drinks.
We had a drink in our hand and gossiped the night away. We observed and helped
each other.
Richard can only accommodate 9 people at a time due to space restraint. You can bring an apron for Martha's look.
Richard has been generous in the past to our members with discounted fee.
The cost will be vary pending on the indigrents of the night.
